One should immediately dispose of it by giving it to a public charity cause, without the intention of receiving a reward for it.
It is best to give it to a charity organization or your local Masjid to use it for paving the parking lot or fixing the bathroom facility where a large group of people benefits from the service and not only one person receives the interest money and uses it.
We rely on our generous community to create a lasting impact and ensure the continuous operations of your Masjid as the gathering place, school, and house of worship for Muslims across the Triangle.
