As for IAR services, we do not offer separate processing of Islamic divorce and unlike marriage, there is no paperwork to complete in the mosque. The husband is initiates talaq (divorce initiated from husband), or the wife pursues khulu (divorce initiated by wife) via the civil divorce process, and observe the Islamic ethical guidelines within that process.
