This matter requires further clarification: 


a. If a person performing Umrah does several prohibited acts from the same
category-for example: wearing a shirt, kufi, and pants- then he is only required to offer
one ransom. 


b. If a person performing Umrah does several prohibited acts from different
categories- for example: shaving and wearing stitched garments that define body parts-
then he is required to offer a ransom for each category of prohibited acts that he
committed.
