Nullifies with or without lust – majority (Maliki, Shafa’i, Hanbali, from the companions: Umar ibn al-Khattab, Abdullah ibn Umar, Abdullah ibn Abbas, Abu Hurairah, A’isha, Sa’id ibn Abi Waqqas)
