Yes, but only as a general donation, no rewards are to be expected because it is haram in its nature and should only be spent to cleanse one’s wealth.
If you do not want to make a general donation with it, you may buy essential supplies such as water, food, medical aid kits, or clothes for a person in need instead.
Rewards will not be received for doing so, but by donating Riba to a charitable cause, your wealth will be cleansed and you will have disposed of the haram Riba in a way that does not benefit yourself. For this, you will be rewarded for cleansing yourself of haram.
