It is permissible to speak while performing it.
It is best for a person to use only the supplications reported from the sunnah.
If there’s a doubt about the number of times a particular body part was washed, go with the smaller number and build on that.
Make sure waters gets to all areas required to be washed for ablution.
If one is wearing a tight ring, he/she should remove it so that water reaches entirety of finger.
People with unusual circumstances (prolonged blood flow, incontinence, releasing gas uncontrollably,…etc) should perform wudu’ for every prayer.
It is permissible to be assisted by others in performing wudu’.
It is permissible to dry yourself after wudu’.
