It is the blood that usually comes right before delivery (few days to a few hours before), during delivery, and after. Once there is a trace of blood, then the same rulings as menses blood applies. This doesn’t apply to blood that is discharged during pregnancy. Islam doesn’t define that blood as hayth. Any trace of blood associated with delivery is considered nafas blood.
