- I wish to marry a revert Muslim sister whom I met in college. My parents disapprove of the marriage and refuse to serve as witnesses. The sister’s family is not Muslim and cannot fulfill the role of guardians or witnesses. How can we proceed with a valid marriage in this situation?

Is it Islamically permissible to use perfumes while fasting in Ramadan?

It is permissible to use perfumes while fasting in Ramadan. However, incense should not be used or inhaled according to some scholars. The scholars who carry this view say it is not permissible to use while fasting because they believe the incense smoke has tangible physical particles that can reach the stomach.
