You can take a break after the first set of 60 days.
So you don’t have to fast the 120 consecutive.
There are some scholars who believe that one expiation is sufficient for a person who did the acts several times due to its difficulties of fasting 60 days for each incident.
I personally say to try it and after the first set of 60, if you feel fatigue, you can just do the money for the second set of 60.
