Please join Sister Razan Gregory for a Sisters Health & Hijama (cupping) workshop on Sunday September 15 at 2:00 pm at the IAR.
In this workshop, you will learn the benefits of hijama and other natural therapies. We will discuss the importance of good health, and what it means to be healthy. Sister Razan will give you health tips and answer your health questions in shaa Allahu ta’ala.
When it comes to hijama (cupping) many people, even Muslims, are unaware of all of the health benefits. Some are even afraid that it might be painful or dangerous. But alhamdulillah the process is simple and painless. Razan will explain the process to you and answer any questions that you might have in shaa Allah. The tools used for hijama (cupping) will be shown to you, along with the process, in order to give you a complete understanding of the treatment.
No hijama (cupping) service will be performed during this workshop. The supplies are being shown for demonstration purposes only.
