As Chair, I will prioritize transparency, actively seek and value the diverse perspectives within our community, and foster collaboration to strengthen and grow our programs and initiatives. Insha’Allah, you can expect regular engagement through quarterly town halls, new avenues for providing feedback, and periodic updates directly from me. To accomplish this, we will be launching a Chairman’s Corner on the website, offering community members the opportunity to share questions, ideas, or concerns both directly and anonymously. I look forward to listening, learning, and working together to build upon the strong foundation established by those who came before us.
