“Abu Hurairah (R.A.) reports that the Prophet (S.A.W.) said: “If one of you leads the people in prayer, he should be “easy,” on them for among the people are the weak, sick, and aged. If one prays by himself, one may make it as long as one wishes”.
In consideration of the above Hadith and based on requests from some community members, the Imams will follow the approximate shortened durations listed below for the five prayers.
Fajr: 12 to 13 minutes
Duhr, Asr, & Maghrib: within 10 minutes
Isha: 11 to 12 minutes
