Assalaamu Alaikum,
On October 7th, IAR emailed you the first communication announcing the debut of the second IAR campus at Page Road; opening a Musallah and an education facility by midyear 2023.
This email is a follow-on communication to provide additional information about this IAR campus.
The campus is planned to be built in two phases. Phase I will comprise 11,000 square feet and Phase II will add another 22,000 square feet.
Attachment 1 provides a photograph of the 11,000 square foot Phase I building. The building framing has been completed, the roof has been installed and the sheetrock work is in progress.
The construction design planning for 22,000 square foot phase 2 is now in progress.
The attachment 2 shows the site lay out plan with Phase 1 and Phase 2 highlighted.
The attachment 2 also shows the longer-term conceptual view of the entire site when phase 2 is completed.
In fullness of time, the site will progressively expand to add additional facilities and services such as:
Health Clinic, Daycare, Garden, Playground, Picnic Grounds, Senior Center/Assisted Living, Residential/Housing, Tenants, Other Usage.
To showcase the Phase I progress and to engage our community, we invite you to join us for a community social event at the IAR facility at 3104 Page Road on Sunday October 23, 2022 from 3PM to 4:30PM.
To inform you of the progress on various aspects of this project, your masjid will share regular communications to provide highlights and details on the progress, insha’Allah.
