The IAR is seeking a volunteer to serve as the chair for the management committee. The chair will be a member of the administration team.
The role of the management chair is assuring the general maintenance of IAR Property, including the Gymnasium, Kitchen, Schools, Air-conditioning, Elevator, Access system, Security Camera system, Cleaning (Indoor and Outdoor), Playground, Lawn services, outside lights. The full-time maintenance technician reports to the management chair.
The following are requirements for this position:
- Strong interpersonal skills, which includes working in a team environment.
- Experience with facilities management a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
Time Commitment: about 8 – 16 hours per month.
