Your masjid is delighted to host a partner offering free drive thru COVID testing this Saturday, November 21st! No insurance and no appointment is necessary, but you’re highly encouraged to preregister.
These are 99.9% accurate PCR tests administered by healthcare professionals. Typically, each visit lasts about 10 minutes and consists of some basic questions, taking your temperature and other vital signs and administering your test. You will be contacted when your results are received – even if you test negative.
After registering, you will see a link to two forms. Please print and fill out these forms for each person in your car and bring them with you along with an ID for each person.
