IAR Page Road campus located at the heart of the Research Triangle Park, has approximately 5,500 sq.ft space available for lease. The space is on the ground level and laid out as four large classrooms ideal for use as a Daycare, Preschool and Kindergarten. The space can accommodate up to a maximum of 110 children. The Page Road Committee (PRC) is seeking interested individual(s) in the community who would like to establish a Daycare. Preschool and Kindergarten as a business on behalf of IAR.
