The Social & Welfare Committee will offer Iftar “to go” during this month of
Ramadan at IAR Monday through Thursday inshaAllah in a drive-thru fashion. Refugees, travelers, singles, and those in need can come and pick up their iftar-to-go
between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. This Ramadan, Iftar will be offered on a first-come-first-
served basis while quantities last.
The community is being asked to donate to the Daily Iftar Program. The
amount needed to cover the cost of iftars is about $3000 per day. Donations are being sought
to cover the costs of the Iftar throughout the month of Ramadan. There is opportunity to
sponsor a whole day ($3000), a 100 person-iftar ($1200), a 75 person-iftar ($1000), or
whatever amount you can donate.

Iftar Donations Payment Methods:
- By Check: Make check payable to IAR and write “Daily Iftar in the memo section. Deposit checks in the IAR Donation Box in the lobby. Use envelopes marked “Daily Iftar.”
- Cash: Use envelopes marked “Daily Iftar” provided in the IAR lobby and deposit in the donation box.
- Online: Select “Daily Iftar” in the “Give To” drop-down box. Credit cards are accepted.
