Free COVID-19 testing at IAR
Your masjid is delighted to host a partner offering free drive thru COVID testing this Saturday, November 21st! No insurance and no appointment is necessary, but you’re highly encouraged to preregister.

Annual General Body Meeting
Your masjid will hold an annual general body meeting at 2:00 pm on Saturday November 14th. This meeting will be held online with presentations on IAR financials as well as masjid accomplishments and plans. We look forward to community participation and want to hear from you!

Reusable Bag Distribution – November 6, 2020
The reusable bag distribution will take place tomorrow, Friday November 6, 2020
Muslims 4 the Environment, a non profit 501(c)(3) organization that advocates ihsan toward the environment, in coordination with the IAR will be distributing “free” reusable tote bags during all 4 Jumuah shifts. Keep them in your car and bring them to every visit or salah. Together we can reduce the impact of plastic waste, reclaim the sunnah and legacy of Rahmatan lil-Alamin and care for the amanah that we were entrusted with.
Conviction Circle
We are delighted to announce the kick off of IAR’s very own Conviction Circle! We’ll meet every Wednesday starting November 11th at 7:45pm. Using Yaqeen Institute’s research publications will give you the chance to explore faith in a thoughtful space with a diverse group of people.
Applications are required and due Thursday, November 5th at 8pm.

Suicide Awareness
Suicide and other mental health issues are some of the biggest problems facing our community and it is something that no one of us is immune to. All of us can fall victim to suicidal ideation and this is one of the reasons why it is so incredibly important to inform ourselves and our community about this critical topic.

Reopening IAR Youth Activities Survey
This survey is designed to assess the need and the demand for reopening IAR Youth activities. The survey is simply an initial assessment. The Youth Committee is working with a team to determine the feasibility of reopening activities and will send further information once more is available to share.
