Join us for story time at Ummi and Me! The youngest members of our community (ages 0 – 5) are invited to attend with their caregivers. Activities include story time, sing-a-long nasheeds and learning with lots of friends. Masks are required for all adults and highly encouraged for children over age 2. The community is invited to gather at IAR every Thursday after Maghrib for an informational session on pressing issues our Ummah faces today and how they tie in with the core teachings of Islam. This class is taught by Dr. Hisham Sarsour.

High school brothers are invited to join their fellow youth for a weekly hangout featuring sports, video games, and an uplifting reminder followed by dinner. This program is an opportunity for youth to connect with friends, mentors, and participate in spiritually-uplifting discussions guided by Imam Muamar Dahnoun and others. Start your personal journey reading Arabic and Quran recitation with ” Introduction to Quran and Arabic Reading”. Students will learn from the Al-Qaida An-Noorania book which begins with a basic introduction to the Arabic language alphabet and moving to understanding Arabic Diacritics to finally Applying beautified Quranic recitation reading. The class is offered Sundays virtually through Zoom Platform. A Textbook will be provided (at no cost) after submitting class registration form.
