Do I have to stop seeing my non-Muslim friends?
No. Islam encourages kindness and good relations with all people. You do not have to cut ties with your non-Muslim friends. However, you should avoid environments where you might be pressured into haram (forbidden) actions, such as drinking alcohol or engaging in immoral behavior.
Allah says:
“Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes – from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.” (Qur’an 60:8)
So you can keep your friendships while setting healthy boundaries that protect your faith.
