Maintaining your masjid

IAR’s Facility Maintenance Team ensures the masjid’s buildings and spaces are held to the highest level of Ihsan through conscious and continuous repairs and refurbishment. IAR Maintenance stewards over 50,000 square feet of prayer, educational, and community space and is responsible for ensuring that all of our facilities are in good working order.

We work closely with our staff and community members to identify any issues and address them in a timely manner, and we are always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. Our goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of our community members, and we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all of our facilities.

Securing your masjid

The IAR security team is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our community members and staff.

This includes tasks such as patrolling the center to identify and address any potential safety hazards, responding to emergencies, interfacing with law enforcement partners, and enforcing rules and policies to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.

Safety & Security at the Islamic Association of Raleigh is the concern and responsibility of us all. It is very important to report any acts of vandalism or suspicious activity in and around the Islamic Association of Raleigh.

Cleaning
your masjid

Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-kept environment for all of our community members and staff, our cleaning crew works diligently to ensure that all areas of the center are kept in top condition.
