Location: Raleigh area in North Carolina
The Islamic Association of Raleigh (IAR) is seeking a dedicated and experienced volunteer to serve as Fundraising Chairperson, pending Shura approval. This leadership role provides strategic direction and oversight for IAR’s fundraising initiatives and works closely with the Imam, Fund Development Specialist, and Finance Committee to support the organization’s financial goals. The position is a two-year volunteer term, renewable upon mutual agreement and Shura reconfirmation. Qualified candidates residing in the greater Triangle area with experience in fundraising or nonprofit development are encouraged to apply. gathering place for the Muslim community in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina.
The IAR is the largest mosque in the Carolinas and among the oldest in the area, hosting over
three thousand congregants every Friday.
