The primary goal of this workshop is to equip Muslims with essential skills and  knowledge to build a strong, fulfilling, and lasting marriage. This workshop aims  to provide participants with a solid understanding of human needs psychology,  effective communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and key areas to  address before marriage.

Intro: Marriage in Islam

Session 1: Key Areas to Address Before Marriage 

  • Objective: To highlight crucial topics couples should discuss and  agree upon before marriage. 
  • Content:

  1. Financial Management: Discussing financial goals, budgeting, and spending habits.
  1. Family Planning and Parenting: Aligning expectations  about having children and parenting styles. 
  2. Religious and Cultural Practices: Agreeing on the role  of religion and cultural traditions in the family. 
  3. Roles and Responsibilities: Defining household roles and responsibilities. 
  1. Career and Personal Growth: Supporting each other’s  career goals and personal development. 
  2. Sexual Intimacy: Understanding each other’s needs and  boundaries regarding physical intimacy.
