The program will be held weekly on Saturdays from 8:00 – 9:00 AM and will begin on Feb. 25.\n\nThis low impact exercise class will help you:\n• Increase Strength\n• Increase Stamina\n• Improve Mood\n• Increase Energy\n• Improve Mobility\n• Improve Blood flow\n\n• Raise Heartrate \n\nTime: 8 to 9 am (Saturdays)\n\nLocation: IAR Gym Islamic Association of Raleigh ( \n\n808 Atwater St\, Raleigh\, NC 27607)\n\n\nAge: 16+\nFee: $40  for 8 classes or $20 for 4 classes !\nDates are:\nFeb 25\nMarch 11\nMarch 18\n(Ramadan break)\nApril 29\nMay 6\nMay 13\nMay 20\nMay 27\n\n*Wear comfortable stretchy clothes.\n*Bring your water bottle.\n*Get your workout mat / yoga mat.\n*Bring any weights/kettlebells you have 10lbs & under\n*Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before class starts.\n\n* NO babysitting service available.\nPlease don’t bring your kids to the program.
