DESCRIPTION:This is a six week workshop which is structured to enable you to understand struggle and how to navigate through it. Equipping women with easy tools to create a more fulfilling life everyday not just occasionally. All the while incorporating the beauty of Allah’s rahmah in facilitating contentment and inner peace through the teachings of Islam. \nThis workshop will include teachings of mindset and awareness incorporating group work and written exercises. As well as exercises to complete at home. \n\n•Week 1 – Awareness\n•Week 2 – Release\n•Week 3 – Finding my Why\n•Week 4 – Performance Activator\n•Week 5 – Understanding Abundance\n•Week 6 – Relationship Secrets \n\nDate: March 6th to April 10th\nDay: Mondays\nTime: 11am to 12:30 pm / reach 5 minutes before class.\nFee for six weeks : $20\, all materials will be provided.
