DESCRIPTION:Join us for an invigorating exercise class designed specifically for senior sisters! This class is sponsored by the Older Adult Committee of IAR and will be held in the Community Room on the first floor of IAR. \nOur experienced instructor will lead you through a variety of exercises to improve your strength\, balance\, flexibility\, and overall health. You’ll have a good time while also improving your physical well-being. \nThe class is open to all senior sisters in the community and a suggested donation of $5 per class is appreciated. All donations will go towards supporting future programming for older adults in our community. \nDon’t miss this opportunity to stay active and connect with other senior sisters in a supportive and welcoming environment.
