Eid ul Adha

Eid ul Adha Prayers

Eid-ul-Adha based on the Saudi Arabia announcement will fall on Friday October 26 2012. IAR follows Saudi Arabia for Eid-ul-Adha such that we could share the blessings of the day of Arafah (October 25) and Hajj (October 26) with the pilgrims.

The Day of Arafah is a blessed day on which the pilgrims of Hajj travel to Arafah and spend the day supplicating and praying. According to authentic hadith, the single most important component of Hajj is this day. For Muslims who are not performing Hajj, it is highly recommended to fast on this day

The Eid Prayer will be held in the IAR Masjid in two shifts. The first shift of prayers will be at 8:00 AM sharp and the second shift at 10:00 AM sharp.

We are requesting community members to pray at the Mosque which is closest to your residence. Due to limited parking spaces, car pooling among family members is strongly encouraged. Please follow and abide Eid Traffic Instructions.

The Apex Mosque will also be holding Eid Prayers in two shifts at 8 and 10 AM. ICM is holding Eid prayer at 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM

The Friday Jumah prayer will be held at the IAR Masjid from 1:30 - 2:10 PM and ICM from 1:10 - 1:40 PM only.
