Hosting Iftars at IAR

The multi-purpose hall at Islamic Center of Raleigh is available for community members to hold personal Iftars with reservations offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Any community member can request to reserve the multipurpose hall.

The multi-purpose hall is also used for holding the daily Iftars sponsored by Social & Welfare Committee for the needy, travellers and singles in our community, it is requested that hosts of personal Iftars include arrangements for two hundred extra individuals to cover for the needy.

The Social & Welfare Committee will work with the hosts to help defray the cost of the extra 200 needy individuals as needed. Please contact Br. Munir Abdullah, Chairperson of Social & Welfare Committee to discuss details.

We ask Allah ﷻ to strengthen us in Ramadan, accept our fasts, and reward us with His forgiveness and the highest place in Paradise.
